Meet the team

SARAH LATHAM – Founder

Having studied at the Interior Design Institute and the National Design Academy, Sarah founded Etons of Bath in 2009 as the UK’s only interior design company specialising in Georgian and Regency homes and hotels. She enjoys the practicalities of space planning and technical drawing as much the conceptual and creativity needed to develop a stunning scheme. She has worked on everything from contemporary schemes in Georgian and Regency homes to historical renovations and large Georgian estates and hotels. She now advises the senior interior designers on complex design matters on larger projects.

CHARLIE SALTER – Director

Charlie’s background is in business management, marketing and product development for design and product manufacturing companies. Here at Etons of Bath, Charlie runs our sales, marketing, PR, finance and operations. This enables the design team to focus on delivering refreshing and stunning new schemes, the project mangers to deliver projects on time and on budget and for clients to receive a great service and end result.

Dawn Pirie – Senior Interior designer and bathroom specialist

Dawn has a passion for spatial design and architecture following her degree in Interior Architecture at Brighton University. Interior design is about balance and working with a building to maximise each areas potential, both practically and aesthetically. Harmony in light, colour and form must all be considered during the design process to create the balanced atmosphere you desire. Dawn’s has a huge wealth of experience in lighting design and interior design technology which is used across Etons projects

ROBYN REITZ – Senior Interior Designer
Robyn studied interior design at BHC school of design in South Africa and has over 9 years industry experience, the majority of those designing and managing large residential projects from concept to completion. Her experience ranges from contemporary to classic styles as well as heritage conscious renovations, where she developed her love for architectural details and classic proportions. She’s passionate about delivering aesthetic and functional interiors for her clients.



Lydia Mattock – Interior Designer

Having studied interior design at the British Academy of Interior Design in London, Lydia later moved to Bath for work due to a love of Georgian architecture and the city itself. She has a wealth of experience working on residential interior design projects in Bath, Bristol, Cheltenham and London for private clients. She’s adept at handling  clients’  briefs and projects from conception through to completion including interior design, FF&E, procurement and on site project management. Lydia has embraced many styles but has a love of embroidered fabrics, calm classic design schemes as well as classic contemporary schemes.

 




Kirsty Lake – Interior Designer 

Kirsty studied interior design at KLC School of Design in London following a degree in Graphic Communication from Bath University. Kirsty has a strong eye for detail coupled with a love of colour and pattern. She thrives on exploring the narrative of period buildings and furniture and is passionate about creating new chapters in clients’ homes with innovative and authentic designs. 




JESS LEE – Production Manager
Having studied Fashion Design at the University for the Creative Arts and with a huge experience in fabrics, window dressings, upholstery, lighting and furniture, Jess manages FF&E for Etons of Bath projects.
 
Working closely with the interior design team, she handles all the key part of the projects in terms of ordering, storage, delivery and installation.
