Meet the team

SARAH LATHAM – Founder

Having studied at the Interior Design Institute and the National Design Academy, Sarah founded Etons of Bath in 2009 as the UK’s only interior design company specialising in Georgian and Regency homes and hotels. She enjoys the practicalities of space planning and technical drawing as much the conceptual and creativity needed to develop a stunning scheme. She has worked on everything from contemporary schemes in Georgian and Regency homes to historical renovations and large Georgian estates and hotels. She now advises the senior interior designers on complex design matters on larger projects.

DAWN PIRIE – Senior Interior designer and bathroom specialist

Dawn has a passion for spatial design and architecture following her degree in Interior Architecture at Brighton University. Interior design is about balance and working with a building to maximise each areas potential, both practically and aesthetically. Harmony in light, colour and form must all be considered during the design process to create the balanced atmosphere you desire. Dawn’s has a huge wealth of experience in lighting design and interior design technology which is used across Etons projects

KELLIE MARSH – Senior Technical designer

With over 15 years of interior design experience, Kellie has worked across a diverse range of projects for private clients, boutique hotels, and property developers. Blending classic and contemporary styles, she has brought new life to period properties—often collaborating closely with architects and Conservation Officers from initial concept through to final completion.

Kellie’s technical expertise is outstanding. She not only produces detailed and precise technical drawings but also trains fellow designers in a range of CAD programs. Her methodical approach and eye for detail ensure that every design is both beautifully executed and practically sound.

JESS LEE – FF&E Designer

Jess studied Fashion Design at University for the Creative Arts but swiftly brought that expertise into the world of interior design.
With an in-depth knowledge of fabrics, window dressings, upholstery, lighting and furniture, Jess manages FF&E for Etons of Bath projects. Working closely with the interior design team, she handles all the key parts of the projects in terms of sourcing, ordering, storage, delivery and installation. With extensive on-site experience Jess is instrumental in turning stunning designs into reality.

ANN CALLISON – Design & Project Delivery

Originally from the United States, Ann brings a distinguished background in technology and operations leadership from the corporate world, having previously held the role of Managing Director at global financial services firms. After re-training in interior design and fine furniture-making, she joined the Etons of Bath team, combining her deep delivery expertise skills with a refined design sensibility.

With years of successful delivery of complex global projects, Ann delights in bringing diverse teams and perspectives together to deliver excellence to clients.

Ann brings a unique perspective to heritage interiors, born from her deep appreciation and study of English architecture, enriched by a life lived across continents. Her global insight, coupled with her passion for historic properties, adds depth and distinction to every project she touches.

CHARLIE SALTER – Director

Charlie’s background is in business management, marketing and product development for design and product manufacturing companies. Here at Etons of Bath, Charlie runs our sales, marketing, PR, finance and operations. This enables the design team to focus on delivering refreshing and stunning new schemes, the project mangers to deliver projects on time and on budget and for clients to receive a great service and end result.
