SARAH LATHAM – Founder & Interior Designer

Having studied at the Interior Design Institute and the National Design Academy, Sarah founded the business in 2006 as the UK’s only interior design company specialising in Georgian and Regency properties. Having acquired Eton Design in 2017, she now heads the expanded team of interior designers and project managers. She enjoys the practicalities of space planning and technical drawing as much the conceptual and creativity needed to develop a stunning scheme. She has worked on everything from contemporary schemes in Georgian and Regency projects to historical renovations and large Georgian estates.



Charlie’s background is in business management, business development, marketing and digital for media and professional services companies. Here at Etons of Bath, Charlie is our go to guy for our marketing, finance and operations and helps to lend a balanced view on the best approach to projects for clients. Whilst he’s not a designer as such, he’s worked extensively in the luxury interiors market for 7 years so knows a lot of the suppliers in the industry.


JESS LEE – Production Manager
Having studied Fashion Design at the University for the Creative Arts and with a huge experience in fabrics, curtain making and upholstery, Jess leads the Etons Curtain Workshop in Bath.
Working closely with the interior design team, she runs a team of experts on site to creative beautiful window dressings of all shapes and sizes to a luxury and hand finished standard. She’s as likely to be found measuring, fitting, making and designing curtains for all our clients using the talents of the team who have many years in needlework experience in various sectors including couture dressmaking (Susie), set design, costume design, fashion (Ros) textile design & upholstery (Cathy) and Textile Design (Joelle)

 Libby Crew – Senior Interior Designer

Libby has more than 6 years of interior design experience which she uses to create beautifully tailored spaces that are sympathetic to the property, harmonise with the client’s inspiration and lifestyle but above all, are practical and add value to the space. Libby has the ability to infuse colour, texture and excitement into her designs and successfully manages to combine each element in a non-ostentatious and relaxed end-product. Libby also continues to build relationships with worldwide fabric, furniture, finishes suppliers ensuring we have access to the latest trends and products for use in our curtain and upholstery showroom.


VICKY NIND – Project Manager

Vicky has a strong background managing events and upscale projects and runs our office, procurement and estimating systems. She turns her hand to all that’s required to deliver to the exacting standards of our clients in all aspects of our projects from costing through to delivery onsite


Eva Escribano Sotomayor – Interior Designer

Having completed a BA Hons degree in interior design at Escuela de Arte Pedro Almodovar (Spain), Eva moved to England where she gained four years experience as assistant store manager at a contemporary interiors showroom. She is a key player in the team at Etons of Bath where she provides high quality technical drawings for projects. Her passion for practical design and functionality ensures her designs provide the best possible blend of space planning and inspiration combined with the latest design trends.

 Peter Higgins – Creative Consultant

Peter has been in the world of interiors for over twenty years and Founder of Eton Design which he sold in 2017. Peter adopts a classical approach to his work but adds touches of vibrancy and daring where appropriate. His love of simplicity demands well executed finishes and he adopts an integrated balance to function and comfort. Acoustics and lighting play an important role in his designs.


Dawn Pirie – Senior Interior designer and bathroom specialist

Dawn has a passion for spatial design and architecture following her degree in Interior Architecture at Brighton University. Interior design is about balance and working with a building to maximise each areas potential, both practically and aesthetically. Harmony in light, colour and form must all be considered during the design process to create the balanced atmosphere you desire. Dawn’s has a huge wealth of experience in lighting design and interior design technology which is used across Etons projects
